About Diógenes Marques
Diógenes Marques is the father of the incredible Miguel and Benjamin and husband to Patrícia.
He holds degrees and specialization in Education, an Executive MBA in Business, People, and Leadership, and is a Neuroscience specialist. He is also pursuing a degree in Psychology and studied under Tal Ben-Shahar in the International Certification in the Science of Happiness. Diógenes holds certifications as a Chief Happiness Officer (CHO), in Workplace Mental Health: Psychosocial Risk Management NR-1 & ISO 45003, and various national and international certifications in Positive Psychology, learning, and leadership.
With over 15 years of experience in the corporate sector, he delivers lectures and training focused on leadership, soft skills, culture, and conscious health and safety at work. He is CEO of Liceu de Líderes, a corporate education and consultancy firm promoting more human-centered relationships in organizations. Diógenes is also an executive coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and founder of the social initiative Instituto Social Posso Voar.
