    About Elisa Guarido

    Elisa Guarido is a psychologist, mentor, and consultant in Human and Organizational Development, specializing in Positive Organizational Culture and Workplace Happiness.

    She holds a degree in Psychology from UNESP – Assis, Brazil, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University, and a specialization in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University in the UK, where she lived for over ten years.

    Elisa is a certified Chief Happiness Officer through Instituto Feliciência, trained by the renowned professor Carla Furtado, and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Positive Organizational Culture at Human AS. She works on projects in human-centered leadership, talent development, change management, organizational culture, and corporate well-being, supporting national and multinational companies in creating healthier, more conscious, collaborative, and genuinely happy workplaces.

    Additional training includes Organizational Culture (with Richard Barrett and BTA methodology), Leadership and Leader-Coach Development, Psychological Safety and Workplace Happiness, and Emotional Intelligence (SBie and Daniel Goleman).
