    About Janaina Sousa

I’m Janaina Souza, a literature enthusiast who has found in words not only a refuge but a life purpose. My journey into the literary world began in 2014, inspired by a friend. Since then, reading has become a true passion and an essential part of my life.

In 2022, I took a further step and transformed my own stories into books, a process that deepened my love for the art of writing and for literature as a whole.

As part of my commitment to promoting reading, I dedicate myself to a special project: live sessions with Brazilian authors. My main focus is to encourage the reading of Brazilian books, celebrating and giving visibility to the talents of our literature. While my heart beats strongly for national authors, I also explore the pages of international works, broadening my own horizons and those of my audience.

I have the honor of being an immortal member of two important institutions: the Academy of Letters and Arts of Limeira and the World Academy of Letters and Entrepreneurship. These affiliations reinforce my commitment and passion for the world of letters.

I love dancing, reading, and traveling. I believe every day is an opportunity to grow, learn, and become a better person. My academic journey reflects the same dedication: I hold a degree in Accounting, a technologist degree in Financial Management, an MBA in Business Coaching from SLAC, an MBA in Leadership with an Emphasis on Innovation from FGV, and an MBA in People Management. Additionally, I am the author of the book Espelho de Minha Alma - Fases de Agatha and president of the Sousa Araujo Institute, where I lead with purpose and a human-centered vision.

    Chapter Theme

Mental Health: When Anxiety Starts to Control Life

In this chapter, the author discusses the fatigue that doesn't show, the mind that doesn't rest, and the silent moment when a person realizes that continuing that way is too costly. She speaks of anxiety as a sign, not as weakness. As a response to a life lived in excess, without pauses, without limits, and without listening.

Throughout the pages, she guides reflections on self-care, emotional responsibility, fear, paralysis, and postponed dreams. There are no easy promises, only an honest invitation: to choose not to abandon yourself. To learn to be with yourself, to slow down, to listen to your body, and to take care of what you feel before anxiety takes over everything.
