About Kátia Cristina Fernandes

Specialist in human development, leadership, and service models, with over 15 years of experience working with leaders, teams, and companies seeking high performance and healthy corporate environments. She works as a Facilitator in Team Psychological Safety, Mentor, Coach, Consultant, and Master of Ceremonies, leading training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs with customized solutions.

Her trajectory includes partnerships with HSM, Moove Desenvolvimento Humano, Revvo, MSS Consultoria, Overlap Brasil, Career Center, Mercer, Senac-SP, and direct collaboration with CCM7, APAE-SP, Sitel, Gradiente, Editora Abril, and UniSant’Anna, in addition to roles as a teacher and project coordinator. She is a specialist in HR Development (DHO), Team Psychological Safety, Happiness Science, Leadership, Communication, People Management, and Emotional Intelligence.

Since 2012, she has been dedicated to training leaders, with a focus on developing first-time leaders and newly promoted leaders, supporting career transitions and strengthening essential skills for managing people and teams.

She holds a degree in Sciences from UNG, is a Personal & Professional Coach certified by SBCoaching, and has certifications in Applied Neuroscience in Corporate Environments, Team Psychological Safety Facilitation, and specialization in Happiness, Health, and Well-Being from UniCesumar. She participated in the V, VI, VII, and VIII editions of the International Happiness Congress in Curitiba (2022–2025), in addition to immersive experiences in neuroscience and events focused on promoting mental health and happiness at work.

Co-author of the book “Livre para Falar” (Psychological Safety), she is recognized for connecting people, creating collaborative environments, and inspiring protagonism and self-awareness. Her mission is to serve as a bridge between knowledge and transformation, contributing to positive, happy, and sustainable organizational cultures.
