With over 28 years of solid corporate experience, she has built a multifaceted career spanning administrative and accounting management, entrepreneurship in the health sector, and administrative leadership. This diverse journey has given her an in-depth understanding of business operations from the inside out, enriching her perspective in developing people and teams.
Her educational background is robust and integrated, combining a degree in Accounting with a specialization in Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, alongside her passion for human potential. The core of her expertise, strengthened through specialization in Positive Psychology and Coaching, is further enhanced by advanced courses in the Science of Happiness and Well-Being. She is currently deepening her understanding of the human mind through psychoanalysis training, integrating these fields into a holistic and transformative approach.
As a Personal Happiness Coach and Soft Skills Behavioral Trainer, Adeangela leads inspiring workshops, lectures, and both in-person and online training. Her approach is firmly grounded in the Science of Happiness and Positive Psychology, forming the foundation for her proprietary ACER method. ACER—standing for Self-Awareness, Assertive and Effective Communication, Emotional Balance, and Results—applies these principles across her extensive experience. Through ACER, she addresses topics such as Nonviolent Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Leadership, Teamwork, Time Management, and Productivity. She also provides individual mentoring and coaching, as well as strategic consulting for leadership development and workplace well-being programs, always mindful of regulatory requirements such as NR-1, focusing on psychosocial risks and emotional health.
