Discussing the culture of happiness and mental health at work means looking directly at the future of professional and human relationships. It is an essential and urgent topic, as it influences how we lead, communicate, and create more balanced, conscious, and sustainable work environments.
As the creator and curator of this work, it is important to bring this discussion into the content of the book Culture of Happiness and Mental Health at Work to anticipate key reflections in light of the implementation of NR-1, reinforcing a clear purpose: recognizing that consistent results arise when care for people, emotional balance, and the alignment between purpose, well-being, and professional fulfillment go hand in hand.

Chapter Theme
Soft Skills: The Human Factor as a Pillar of Happiness and Mental Health in the Age of AI
Rescuing the Human as a Pillar of Longevity, Performance, and Mental Health
In this chapter, the author delves into the greatest professional transformation of recent decades: the age of Artificial Intelligence. Far from being a threat, AI emerges as the catalyst that invites us to reclaim our essence. She discusses how technical qualification in software in the field should go hand in hand with the honing of soft skills, the true "gold coin."
By presenting eight essential competencies, Claudia explores the role of emotional intelligence in stress regulation and the importance of leadership that builds psychological safety. More than a career guide, this text offers a practical 90-day path and an invitation to self-reflection, integrating the Culture of Happiness as the invisible thread that unites purpose, mental health, and systemic productivity. It is a manifesto for those who wish to transform their humanity into their greatest asset and competitive advantage, proving that, in an automated world, the future belongs to those who choose to be profoundly human.
