Bruna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology and Science of Well-Being, with certifications in Psychological Safety and Chief Happiness Officer. She serves as Well-Being Coordinator in a multinational company and is co-founder of WellBeing Now, acting as a speaker and facilitator to promote happiness, mental health, and holistic well-being in the corporate environment.

    About Bruna Fesneda

    Bruna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology and Science of Well-Being. She is certified in Psychological Safety Culture and as a Chief Happiness Officer, and is also a certified Yoga and Meditation instructor.

    With extensive experience in developing holistic well-being strategies, she serves as Well-Being Coordinator in a multinational company, promoting programs and experiences aimed at employees and leaders. As co-founder of WellBeing Now, Bruna is a speaker and workshop facilitator, passionate about spreading a culture of happiness and well-being in the corporate environment. In 2023, she was recognized with the Mental Health Ambassador award by Vittude.

    Bruna also holds a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology, Science of Well-Being, and Self-Actualization from PUCRS. She is internationally certified in Psychological Safety, Chief Happiness Officer, and ESG by Woohoo Academy/Instituto Feliciência.

    Her complementary training includes Neuroscience and Neuroplasticity, Market Intelligence, Coaching, and Human Development. She completed The Science of Wellbeing course at Yale University and participated in executive immersions in Leadership, People Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Systemic Practices.
