With over 25 years of experience in the corporate environment, she worked for decades as a Senior Executive Assistant, gaining deep insight into the dynamics, pressures, and challenges of large organizations. This solid experience fostered her profound understanding of human behavior, the need for balance, and the impact of awareness on professional performance.

Certified coach and mentor through the Appana Institute and the FutureYou methodology, Cinthia is also a Human and Organizational Development Consultant, Speaker, and Corporate Training Facilitator focused on well-being, transformation, and sustainable performance.
