About Gabriela Jardim Presto

Gabriela Jardim Presto is partner and CEO of Escola Atemporal, where she leads transformative journeys with executives and teams. A specialist in emotions and human development, she conducts workshops and mentoring for C-Level leadership, fostering more conscious and sustainable organizational cultures.

She is the founder of Emoções em Jogo, a Board Member at the Institute for Next Level Leadership (USA), and an expert at StartSe. Gabriela holds a Master’s degree in International Business from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Digital Media, and a degree in Journalism from PUC Minas. She is also an ICF-certified coach.

Combining her experience as an executive in multinational companies with practices from Cultivating Emotional Balance, neuroscience, and meditation, she promotes the integration of well-being and performance. Gabriela believes that workplace happiness arises from the courage to feel, authentic presence, and conscious choices guided by purpose.
