My chapter in the book Happiness and Mental Health at Work addresses the importance of humanized leadership. I show that, despite market competitiveness and challenges with new generations, it is possible to manage people with empathy and awareness.

A lawyer graduated from FADITU, she holds an MBA in People Management from ESAMC, an executive extension in High Performance from PUC-RS, executive training in Compliance from FGV, and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Strategic Administration at FIA.
She has participated in programs at Fundação Dom Cabral in governance, executive leadership, and commercial management. With 20 years as an HR executive, she has led strategic areas in medium and large companies.
At Audaz RH, she drives transformation projects focused on sustainable results and the appreciation of human capital, especially in family-owned businesses.
Co-founder of the podcast Mulheres Leves e Audazes, which promotes reflections on well-being and the challenges of the female universe.
Wife of Felipe and mother of João Vicente and Martina, she believes that leading with purpose is the path to more human and effective organizations.
