Chapter Theme
From Self-Care to Collective Innovation
How Individual Well-Being Strengthens Bonds, Drives Teams, and Transforms Organizational Culture
In a corporate environment of rapid change, high complexity, and emotional overload, sustainable performance depends on the human capacity to know oneself, connect, collaborate, and care for the group.
This chapter presents integrative practices and the strengthening of team well-being as strategic pillars for organizations that wish to cultivate healthy, innovative, and resilient environments.
Through a systemic and human-centered perspective, we explore how to integrate science, awareness, and culture to enhance performance in a healthy and sustainable way — without losing sight that individual well-being is the starting point for all transformation.
