About Dr. Guilherme Ayres Rossini

I was born in Votorantim and grew up in Sorocaba, in the interior of São Paulo. Even though I come from a family of doctors, like my grandfather, uncle, and father, it wasn’t until my time in preparatory school that I decided to follow this path.

However, during medical school, I fell in love with medicine and immersed myself deeply in learning. I participated in shifts, did scientific initiation, presented papers at conferences, and taught younger students in tutorials. I even took a break from college to do a scientific exchange in Boston, USA, where I worked in the robotic surgery lab at the Children’s Hospital, affiliated with Harvard University. This experience pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me, practically, how medical knowledge is built from different perspectives.

During this process, old questions arose: What is the relationship between stress and autoimmune diseases? Are there diseases that really have "idiopathic" causes? Or are we just not looking in the right place?

It was then that I began to open myself to knowledge beyond what was taught in medical school, guided by mentors who still inspire me today.

In this search, I encountered concepts like Wilhelm Reich’s "Orgone," the "Prana" of Ayurveda, and "Chi" from Traditional Chinese Medicine—all related to a vital energy. I realized that despite the different names and cultures, these concepts could be representing the same essence.

My journey led me to explore areas like Medical Thermography, the relationship between the autonomic nervous system and energy metabolism, and integrative practices such as Anthroposophic Medicine and Germanica Heilkunde. I discovered that these complementary approaches offer valuable tools for health prevention and promotion, working across different dimensions of the human being.

Today, I can say that medicine chose me, and I am deeply grateful for this choice. It has given me the opportunity to learn, unlearn, and continually reinvent myself within the complexities of the human being.

I am happy to be part of the collective energy of the book "O Novo Ser Humano" and to write the PRESENTATION, bringing knowledge about the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Medicine, and Spirituality. Here, I will dedicate myself to sharing insights that I consider essential for biological, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being.
