Konstantin Korotkov is a PROFESSOR OF PHYSICS at the Saint Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics in Russia, and a SENIOR RESEARCHER at the Research Institute of Physical Culture and Sport in Saint Petersburg.
