She began her career in network infrastructure from 1995 to 2000 and, since 2001, has built a consistent career in the SAP ecosystem, working as a Business, IT, Process, and Project Analyst, with extensive experience in strategic sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Maritime and Land Transport, Telecommunications, Tobacco, Media, Retail, and Offshore.
Janaina has broad expertise in SAP–Salesforce (Sales Cloud) integration and legacy systems, conducting impact analyses and supporting critical business processes, including Sales, Logistics, Contracts, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Customer, and Material Management. She is also experienced in integrating SAP CRM, PP, QM, PM, PS, CO, FI, and BW/BI modules, ensuring data consistency, performance, and governance. She holds SAP ERP SD certification (Version 6.0 / EHP4) and has strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Logistics and SAP Fiori, keeping up with technological evolution and market best practices.
Throughout her career, she has participated in SAP ERP implementation, continuous improvement, and support projects in multiple countries, including Brazil, Italy, Argentina, the United States, the Dutch Antilles (Curaçao), Bolivia, Chile, and Paraguay, operating in multicultural and high-complexity environments.
