Rogério Yudi holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, with postgraduate studies in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). He has an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from IMD (International Institute for Management Development), located in Lausanne, Switzerland.

He held executive positions at multinational companies like Ericsson and Philips, in Brazil/Latin America, and in Operations and Supply Chain Management in Stockholm, Sweden, where he was also the CEO/Founder of Broadsense Ventures AB, focusing on investments in startups in the IT, internet, and automotive sectors. He led Operational Excellence projects across Europe and Asia. He was a partner at Invistia Mergers and Acquisitions, advising on transactions across various industries.

He is the founder of Academia UAU and a partner at Heartmetrix, a company dedicated to promoting predictive and preventive health.

Since 2010, Rogério has focused on his personal development to understand the functioning of the body and mind. He studies neuroscience, meta-learning techniques, habit change, integrative medicine, alternative medicines, and has taken various courses in meditation and mindfulness. He has an ongoing interest in topics such as philosophy, art, and technology.

He is the author of the books "O Despertar Para Sua Nova Evolução" (The Awakening to Your New Evolution) and "A Arte de Ser" (The Art of Being), written in partnership with Cris Tamer.
