About Vera G. von Sothen
Born in Belgium, Vera, after living in many countries, settled in Brazil. At the peak of a successful career, in 1999, the therapist left the corporate world behind to answer her calling: to work as a Spiritual Therapist and guide people in their self-healing processes through Spiritual Therapy.
Over 25 years of practice, the therapist developed therapeutic processes that promote true transformations in people's lives.
This work accesses and disconnects the causes of unhealthy patterns and imbalances at the level of past life memories and ancestral programming, leading to healing in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual fields. As a result, individuals reconnect with themselves, achieving a healthier and happier life in every sense.
"I see myself as an agent of self-healing processes and connecting people to themselves, guiding them to build 'new lives.' When we are free from burdens, blockages, and unhealthy patterns, we connect with our purpose. And thus, we achieve a life of meaning, wholeness, health, and happiness." Vera G. von Sothen
Chapter Theme
"FREEDOM VS. DESTINY IN THE DIGITAL AGE"
Vera G. von Sothen, Spiritual Therapist, explores in her chapter the importance of accessing and disconnecting past life memories and ancestral programming to achieve self-healing and balance.
Fulfilling her life mission, the author developed a therapeutic process that, combined with her ability to receive information from other levels, removes the burdens and programming of the past, and adjusts the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. In this way, the causes of unhealthy patterns and imbalances can be eliminated, integrating the changes. Vera named this process Spiritual Therapy.
